Restore Thinner Purchase Guide
A support guide for restoring an active Thinner subscription from the app while using the same Apple Account.
Restore checklist
- Use the same Apple Account that purchased the subscription.
- Open Thinner after reinstalling or switching devices.
- Use Restore Purchases on the paywall or in settings.
- Check Apple subscription status if the app still does not unlock.
- Contact Thinner support with device, iOS version, and app version if the issue continues.
What restore does
Restore Purchases asks Apple for the purchase status associated with the Apple Account on the device. It does not create a new purchase.
If there is no active subscription on that Apple Account, Apple may not return an active entitlement.

Do I need to pay again to restore?
Restore Purchases is for restoring an existing purchase or active subscription. It should not create a new subscription by itself.
What if I used a different Apple Account?
Use the Apple Account that made the original purchase or check purchase history through Apple.
Can Thinner see my Apple billing details?
No. Apple manages App Store billing. Thinner can help troubleshoot app-side access issues.
